there are 5 steps:
1*right hand pull
2*right hand go to the buttock there
3*left hand go to hip
4*right hand slide to hip
5*left hand go back to "home"position
then when falling,hands go to step 3*4*.
then the command is:

and mi went to orchard

ppl there all dun donate one
then we walkwalkwalk
until dunno where
then i stand outside a bank
lol
many ahf to donate liao
then we went dhoby ghaut to eat
then we seperated wif the 3 monitresses
they went wif joanne
so we went back to toa payoh
ppl there very generous and all
willing to donate
some still automatically walk to u
some dun wan the sticker
then ended up cannot finish
bud at least i finished 2++ pieces of
sticker out of 3 pieces

however, i think we all had a fun tym together
many experiences

haf normal training. most of us chose game mah
so plae game lor...we all divide into two grps then
(sadly)
my grp lost..haiz
then haf to run 7 rounds....
no one can wear jacket or pants so we only wore gloves.

 after we all shot, the seniors suddenly all cry!!!
 i feel that the score not so bad wat...
 so....coach treat us play..
 then went to heartland.
 jessica and my jie cannot make it so
they all missed out the fun ...lol
